Store Manager ( Arabic / English Speaker)

We are looking for Store Manager  for stores of Modanisa, 

What we expect from you:

• Excellent communication and organization skills,
• Creating an in-store customer portfolio,
• To increase employee satisfaction and sales performance,
• Managing the customer complaint / suggestion system,
• To ensure timely and accurate reporting to the Head Office,
• To ensure coordination and follow-up between the center and the store in relation to the activities of store customer service units,

What we are looking for:

• Preferably university graduate,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail sector,
• Stores can adapt to flexible working hours,
• Excellent knowledge of English or Arabic is a must,
• German knowlege is a plus,
• Following fashion trends,
