ASSEMBLY PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Which competences do we expect?

•  Bachelor Degree with a strong academic achievement in Industiral or Mechanical Engineering
  
• 4-7 years of working experience on production ideally within an international environment
•  Knowledge of lean systems, total production management and quality improvement techniques
•  Knowledge of MTM (Methods & Time measurement) is a plus
•  Analytical thinking and good conceptual thinking skills
•  Fluent in English - both verbal and written
•  High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem analysis and decision making skills
• Effective communication skills, willing to work as a team member
  
• Delivers information to the superior without accumulating
  
• Makes effort to complete fully and in the best manner, the tasks assigned to him/her
  
• Male candidates must have completed military service

What will be your responsibilities and duties?

• Production Engineering for assembly line operations
  
• Ensuring the optimization of the production factors (material, method, labor force and equipment) and providing all necessary information to Production Manager regarding the utilization and management
  
• Implementing the actions defined for the realization of the production programming
  
• Handling the development and implementation of assemblying process, procedure, methodologies and    best practices to improve quality, reliability and productivity
  
• Supporting installation, set-up and maintenance of assembly lines
  
• Developing, maintaining work instructions, building processes, engineering changes, corrective and preventative actions
  
• Reducing manufacturing cost of assembly lines
• Improving efficiency, quality and HSE by applying lean production tools
• Managing activities to increase the level of technical knowledge of department employees
• Managing production documentation processes
• Taking role in the teams of process development and production related projects
