ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE EXPERT (OPE-2026)

Responsibilities:

To support the establishment, implementation and maintenance of an effective Organizational Performance Management system that will ensure the process of measuring and analyzing the progress of the CMMI Maturity Level 5 organization.

Maintaining the measurement infrastructure of MilSOFT compliant to CMMI Maturity Level 5 (KPIs, statistical analysis methods)

Making quantitative analysis necessary to support the information needs of the organization (such as Hypothesis testing A/B testing, Control charts, Anova, Regression, Time series analysis)

According to the strategies of the organization, reporting the organizational performance results to the relative stakeholders

Supporting the improvement process 

Required Qualifications:

Graduate from Statistics or Industrial Engineering departments of a well-respected university.

High level statistical package tools knowledge

High level Excel knowledge

Basic Process Management and Statistical Process Control knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

Implementation of Statistics knowledge in practice

Project Measurement & Analysis Concepts Knowledge

Basic Project Management Concepts Knowledge

Organizational Measurement & Analysis Concepts Knowledge

CMMI knowledge and/or experience

Minitab knowledge

SW Development Concepts knowledge and/or experience

Quality Management Concepts knowledge and/or experience

Strategic Management Concepts knowledge and/or experience

Candidates must be proficient in English. Military service must be completed or be deferred at least 3 years for male candidates.
