QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Brand Manager

As a Brand Manager, you will have a strong understanding of consumer, consumer marketing, brand planning and will be responsible for developing brand strategy and a new vision for Adım Adım baby development materials with the overall goal of driving marketing and sales results. This role is a challenging and strategic one, critical to the success of the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic, dynamic leader with serious future stretch potential who is excited about growing a brand with a successful organization.

 

Preferred Candidate must have:

·      Bachelors degree with Marketing / Advertising / Communication emphasis

·      Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management and marketing field in FMCG sector

·      Excellent English communication and presentation skills

·      Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas

·      Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time

·      Analytical skills and attention to detail

·      Experience with an understanding of market research

·      The ability to manage and allocate budgets

·      An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers’ wishes

·      Ability to provide clear direction and business solutions to maximize individual and team performance

·      Ability to prioritize issues and opportunities and allocate resources accordingly

·      Ability to champion ideas and influence and motivate key stakeholders by infecting them with a shared sense of purpose and passion

·      Good listening skills to connect easily with others 

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for marketing mix for assigned brand,

·         Help lead the development and execute a 24 month marketing calendar to meet annual targets.

·         Plan and execute the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns within assigned budget and timeline, including adv., media, digital, PR and consumer campaign, Use product, brand and organisational capability analysis to improve strategic decisions about the brand,

·         Develop and execute an operational brand plan to meet brand objectives and customer requirements,

·         Provide help and coaching to the sales team about promotion materials/presentations to the highest professional standards and for achieve sales targets,

·         For each campaign, identificate of KPIs and performance against those specific KPIs/benchmarks,

·         Responsible for all innovations process, close coordination of product innovation and launch activities with internal departments and external parties,

·         Control and manage brand budgets to ensure compliance to company objectives and optimize spends for effective utilization of the investments.

·         Work closely with other functional marketing team members on the development of new product, services and/or promotional ideas

·         Provide strategic perspective for future brand growth and development of new business layers and initiatives

·         Understand brand image tracker and foresee customer metric opportunities and provide strategic perspective regarding marketing calendar

·      Interact with all departments/stakeholders to develop business solutions, including test markets for major new product ideas

·      Develop strategies and provide full support - or manage as necessary –on marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of the brand

·      Provide product support for sales channels in liaison with sales team as required

·      Support other functional team leaders while recruiting, training and mentoring employees

·      Organize events such as product launches, exhibitions and contribution to fairs
