QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Follow-up of the customers and the products
- Animate the quality system within the plant and the different departments.
- Ensure the achievement of quality objectives in Serial Life (PPM, incidents, etc.) and follow improvement plans.
- Assist the Group Quality Manager and the Management in the plant in the preparation of certification audits (ISO IATF 16949, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements.
- Ensure the supply of families of products required for production that are entrusted to it, while respecting the rules defined by the Purchasing department. To do this, he/she is responsible for exchanges with suppliers, including: issuing calls for deliveries / management confirmations / daily monitoring deliveries / management reminders and delays.
- Manage inventories (materials, packaging, recyclable packaging, semi-finished products and
- finished products) both in the company and with subcontractors in relation to customer needs (orders, safety stocks, groupings)
- Manage your own data (security stocks, groupings, etc.) and ensure that the nomenclatures and ranges are in good order.
- On the entire supply chain, constantly monitor costs to avoid especially any breakage or over-stock.
- Ensure that equipment complies with the provisions relating in particular to the health and safety of all staff, regardless of their quality, working or intervening in the company. Ensure security on the Logistics scope.
- Knowledge on 8D , FMEA and 5 Why methodologies,
- Developing Standards, Managing Processes,
- Manufacturing Methods and Procedures,
- Fluent English Must and French knowledge is plus
- Knowledge on ISO 16949
- Team player
- High communication skills
- No obligation on foreign country visits
- Military obligation should be finished for male candidates
