QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting directly to the HR Lead, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

·         Understanding the business, financials and goals of the company. Analyzes trends and metrics and collaborates with leadership team to develop new approaches to improve upon meeting business objectives, productivity and people development;

·         Being the first contact point of Operations/Manufacturing associates and managers, regarding to all Human Resources process and activities,

·         Taking a hands-on approach and successfully monitoring the pulse of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement. Works closely with business managers to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention;

·         Providing expert knowledge to the local management in managing local labor relations (unions, works councils etc.) and with local managers in dealing with front line associate issues. Leading discussion of the personnel policy with the syndicate delegation and reporting on this.

·         Providing International HR Administration and continual monitoring of employee files & HR;

·         Professional support for International HR/employee related issues and organizational development including legal issues;

·         Partnering with the other business departments to deliver recruitment strategy, hiring plan, candidate sourcing and offer approvals;

·         Conduct of an annual review of talent pool and succession planning, management of top talent retention and identification.

The successful candidate should hold a university degree in related field and needs to have at least 10 years of professional HR experience in manufacturing sector. Excellent communication skills and diplomatic manner in an international context, Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Good personnel cost budgeting and HR controlling skills, analytical thinking and HANDS-ON APPROACH is required.

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English is A MUST.Working experience with labour unions is a MUST.

Experience in working internationally is a PLUS.
