Budget and Reporting Specialist – Tuzla

Our client is a leading auto manufacturer for door frame, door handle, door lock, door hinge, sunshade and seat belt sensor components in Turkey and has strived to develop a unique value proposition. We are looking for a budget and reporting specialist. This position will be responsible for:

Daily Responsibilities:

·        Supporting the financial aspect of the annual budget and quarterly/monthly forecast;

·        Preparing the financial statements of the company in accordance with IFRS standards;

·        Preparing variance analysis by comparing the budget and actual;

·        Preparing the group reports (sales, operational performance, etc.);

·        Following up the business performance by preparing management reports;

·        Controlling the monthly accounting closing process, identify and propose adjustments, if necessary.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should have university degree in economics, finance, business administration or related fields and at least3 years of experience including manufacturingindustry. The candidate should have knowledge of IFRS standards,cost accounting and very good command of English. You should possess strong communication skills, be commercially aware and enjoy interacting with cross functional teams across an organisation. A self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
