QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Supply Chain Responsible

Location: [Ankara]

We are currently offering the opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join us as the Supply Chain Responsible in the Electromobility unit at our company Tripy in Ankara, Turkey.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
• 4 to 7 years of experience in supply chain is required
• Advanced level of English proficiency,
• At least 4 years of experience in Overseas Supply processes
• Good user knowledge in MS-Office
• Basic financial and commercial knowledge
• Customer orientation and negotiation skills
• Good statistical, analytical and problem solving skills
• Communication skills, enjoying working on international and intercultural environment
• Proactivity, initiative and resilience
• Previous experience as a supply chain responsible or in a similar field in the electromobility
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
• Excellent knowledge of planning processes
• Strong knowledge and working experience with planning system (MRP/ERP) (LOGO, SILVER,..)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Creative problem-solving
• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management,
• Logistics, Business Management and/or similar field,
• Inventory management,
• Critical thinking and conflict resolution,
• Collaboration and relationship-building skills,

JOB DESCRIPTION

•       Researching, evaluating and selecting potential suppliers,
•       Negotiating the costs of goods or services and securing the best deals,
•       Monitoring material stocks and keeping the optimal quantity,
•      To control and ensure the quality of products and services,
•       Establishing and maintaining good supplier relationships,Ensuring the flow of materials within the supply chain,
•        Ensuring the flow of materials within the supply chain,
•        Managing purchasing budgets and achieving cost savings,
•        Organizing the opening of the order form, forwarding these orders to the relevant companies and maintaining communication throughout the logistics processes,
•        Checking invoices and reporting to the accounting department,
