Job Description:

We’re looking for a dynamic Quality and Technique Engineer who will report to Quality and Technique Manager in HQ office of Mey Diageo.

Responsibilities:

• To be a part of new packages design process in accordance with quality principles and track the implementation to bottling lines of those new designed packages
• To run specific innovation projects and being vital part of the team to successfully achieve the desired results
• To follow new trends regarding the business and adapting them into responsibility areas
• To be in constant contact with the global teams, help merging the global and local standards while creating new packages and ensure to stay aligned within those standards
• To actively play role in quality control activities and reportings
• To run root cause analyses in order to determine the defects

Qualifications/Requirements

• B.S. degree in chemical or food engineering; M.S. degree in those areas is a plus,
• At least 3 years of experience in FMCG and/or food sector,
• Prefer experience in development processes of new products,
• Exprerience in root cause analysis and problem solving,
• Good knowledge of packaging production techniques,
• Advanced in English,
• Proactive individual, creative and goal-oriented thinking,
• Strong communication, research and presentation skills,
• Having no barriers for domestic and abroad travel,
• Having an active driving licence
