Business Development Specialist 

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As CoinTR, a leading provider of national and international investment, software, and educational technologies in the field of cryptocurrency exchanges and blockchain technology, we are looking for experienced Business Development Specialists for our office located in Maslak, Istanbul.

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable and experienced in cryptocurrency exchanges and blockchain technologies,
• Capable of researching the opportunities provided by cryptocurrency exchanges and integrating these opportunities into business models,
• Interested in and knowledgeable about blockchain technology, ICO-IDO-IEO, Gaming Tokens, and NFTs,
• Well-connected in the cryptocurrency sector, able to communicate with thought leaders when necessary.
• Able to meet monthly performance targets (KPI),
• Skilled in data analysis and reporting,
• Highly motivated,
• Possesses strong communication skills and is inclined towards teamwork,
• Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken),
• Innovative, open to continuous self-improvement and learning,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs,
• Proactive in pursuing new ideas and opportunities and capable of transforming these into business strategies.
• Capable of evaluating new ideas and opportunities and turning them into business strategies.

Job Description:

• Managing relationships and communication with local crypto influencers (KOLs), establishing partnerships for user acquisition and other goals,
• Developing business plans and ensuring the promotion, collaboration, and signing of business projects.
• Managing relationships with local crypto influencers, maintaining close communication, and establishing partnerships with influencers for the purpose of user acquisition,
• Planning and executing online and some offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns,
• Managing affiliates, identifying and following up on future business opportunities,
• Expanding the brand awareness and user base of CoinTR,
• Identifying potential affiliates and devising creative methods for user acquisition,
