Marcom & E-Business Specialist - Temporary

To be in charge in Marketing Department in our İstanbul Altunizade Office, we are looking for the "MarCom & e-Business Specialist" candidates who will be working with us as a temporary employee, 6 months for now. 

• University Graduate from Business Administration, Marketing or Technical departments.
• Advanced level of English,
• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in marketing communications, e-business or related field,
• Experienced in SEM and online marketing,
• Competency of  negotiation to manage supplier relations,
• Skill of prepare presentations,
• Advanced level of MS applications (Excel, Power Point, Word),
• Military service is completed for male candidates, 

Job Description

• Provide all printed marketing communication materials like brochure, catalog etc. be ready to used and in required numbers inline with corporate identity and standards of METTLER TOLEDO.
• Work in accordance with the MarCom budget for printed materials and translations.
• Do all the activities defined in Marketing Plan on time and successfully and follow up their results and report them.
• Be in continuous communication with Tele-Marketing in order to ensure that follow up calls are done on time.
• Be responsible in preparing articles, product catalogs, printed advertisements etc. in accordance with corporate directory and image (CI & CD).
• Be in communication with third party agencies in advertisement workings.
• Be in regular communication with sectorial magazines and provide that the advertisements, the articles and the product promotions' writings to be printed in these magazines.
• Administer to arrange intercorporate activities and organizations.
• Provide for organizing and applications of seminars, expositions and all meeting organizations within the Marketing budget.
• Ensure the company internet site to be updated, to be in Turkish and be without any errors. 
• Prepare and determine promotion materials and enable their distributions as required.
• Provide all printed materials (brochures, catalogs, letters etc.) to be sent via mail on time and to be delivered to the targeted contact persons and controlling this process. 
• Prepare regular reporting and presentation about her/his job.
• Coordinate preparation of presentations for big organizations of the company (e.g. year-end meeting); make required corrections and updates according to corporate identity in these presentations. Convert presentations appropriate to the corporate identity.
• Do the other tasks given to her/him in Marketing Department when required.
