QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Social Sciences
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, German would be an asset
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience with HR processes, systems and tools, experience in employer branding and internal communication field
  • Capable to work with local and international teams, a good team player
  • Very strong communication, negotiation, conflict management skills, customer oriented
  • Excellent level of analytical skills, strategic, solution oriented, proactive

  • Build and manage a long-term employer branding image, internal communication strategy, cullture and roadmap to attract talents to the company and align candidate and employee experience
  • Determine the most effective talent acquision strategy and the most appropriate approach to promote employer brand throughout HR Marketing & Employer Branding activities (e.g. Hackathonwise events)
  • Responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding processes and procedures, designing and improving orientation, internship process with a project management approach
  • Coordinate university relations & activities for participants, execute interviews and accessment centers for long-term trainees
  • Execute Orientations programs for new employees
  • Plan and perform sports, cultural and social events to be an attractive place to work for employees
  • Making all HR activities visible through internal communication, coordinate the communication of cultural change projects such as diversity, LS2020
  • Coordinate the relationships with the agency and other service providers
  • Manage the budget for employer branding, talent acquision, internal communication activities and social media platform, responsible for 3rd party recruitment contract, career platforms (Linkedin, Kariyernet, etc. )
  • Provide content for media, web, mobile and digital platforms, manage social media platforms (Daimler approval is prerequiste for any kind of social media account)
  • Implementation of HR Digitalization concepts (mobile app, new systems) by clarifying requests of HR management and make recommendations to address issues and priorities in all HR processes
  • Responsible of further development of the HR IT systems (Learning&Development, Performance and Potential Management, C&B, Recruitment, employee data) according to the changes in the policies, regulations, trends & developments and HR strategies
  • Developing standard and ad-hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, metrics & analytics, conduct surveys
