Commodity Trade Documentation / Execution Manager

We are an agriculture commodity trading company growing our operations in Turkey.

We are now expanding our operation team & we welcome you to be part of our family for Istanbul based position.

• Operation / Documentation / Execution Manager.
  
  
• Familiar with physical agriculture commodity trading related documents such as commercial invoice, packing list, bills of ladings (B/L) ,certificate of origin, fumigation certificate, surveyor’s certificates etc.

• Ensure proper invoicing to customers and liaise with finance team on monitoring of payments.

• Experience with containerized and coaster size (3-5000 MTS) vessel shipments mode of transport out of Russia / Ukraine / Moldova / Romania / Bulgaria.

• Drafting purchase contracts and control over execution of the contracts.

• Experience in Incoterms 2020 contract terms e.g. EXW/CPT/FAS/FOB and CFR deliveries.

• Experience in custom bonded-warehouse operations and logistics for pulses and grains.

• Able to communicate and coordinate with custom clearing agents and custom bonded warehouses in Mersin.
  

• Able to communicate effectively to co-ordinate with freight carriers, forwarders/ terminals / surveyors / overseas offices on all shipping and document matters.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as a good team player.

• Proficient in English.

• Able to communicate effectively to co-ordinate with ship owners / freight forwarders / carriers / overseas suppliers & overseas offices on all shipping and documents related matters.
  
  
• Proficient in MS Excel , MS Word , MS Outlook.
  
  
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  
  
• At least 2/3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  
  
• Those without the required qualifications but with good experience in commodity trading firms / shipping agents are also welcome.
  
  
• Full time position is available.

• Office location is in E-5 Merter - Istanbul.
