Daily Duties / Responsibilities: 

• Maintain, and socialize IT and security policies, procedures, standards and guidelines,
• Experience performing global IT audits,
• Cyber security compliance related to IT to ensure internal security controls are functioning appropriately,
• Fully support, configure, maintain, and upgrade servers,
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair computer/laptop hardware and software,
• Diagnose, resolve, and communicate problems experienced by employees, escalating those that are outside of the position’s responsibilities, as well as recurring problems,
• Train users in the proper use of hardware and software as necessary,
• Diagnose problems to determine level of technical expertise required; if unable to resolve problem, escalate to proper authorities and work with internal and external stakeholders to promptly resolve issues,
• Stay well-informed and make needed updates,
• Ensure network connectivity is working properly,
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords,
• Maintains IT equipment database.

Qualifications: 

• Good written and oral English communication skills 
• University diploma or equivalent 
• Associate’s degree in IT or certified in IT or related technical field preferred 
• Working knowledge of a variety of hardware and software
• 3 or more years of related experience in IT Support role 
• Demonstrated knowledge using and troubleshooting various applications including Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office 365 products, Mac OSX
• Can do attitude, detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
