Maxx Royal Belek Resort, which is known for its wide vision and always open to development; is looking for''MAXX ASSISTANT AGENT'' who has the following qualifications;

1 or 2 years experience in a Luxury Hotel is a plus,

Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook, while possessing a knowledge of Hotel PMS, specifically Fidelio or Opera

An elevated and energetic conversationalist,

Strong organisational skills, and a passion for delivering Above and Beyond Guest Experiences,

Strong analytical skills,

A proactive nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the guest stay is curated to perfection,

Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written skills,

Next-Level Organisational skills, effectively organizing guests stay and inspiring the others to New Heights,

Creative solutions finder, who take ownership of all duties and tasks assigned,

Skills in Improving Customer Satisfaction showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards,

Fluency in English (additional languages as, Turkish, Russian, German are a plus)
