Business Development Director

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a Finance, Business, Economics or Industrial Engineering graduate. 
• 8 - 10 years of similar experience
• Past Corporate Finance, Deal Advisory, Investment Banking and/or Consulting experience is a plus.
• Track record of closed deals is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial modelling is a must.
• Good understanding of general business development documentation such as information memorandum, teaser, valuation, feasibility studies, due diligence process.
• Experience in business modeling and has a good understanding on identifying KPIs of various sectors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Turkish and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, advanced Excel and Power Point skills is a must.
• Strong team work ethic, ability to work as part of versatile teams.
• Proactive mindset and desire for continuous learning

Responsibilities

• Works on teams executing project developments which support key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for transactions.
• Assists in business development activities, conduct market research, performs analysis on global and local trends and contributes to marketing efforts.
• Prepares financial models, valuation assessments and drafts teasers, information memorandum, management presentations.
• Demonstrates commitment to obtaining technical capabilities relevant to the service line
• Uses analytical skills to articulate the project's issues and needs
• Works collaboratively, assisting with anything that needs to be done, cooperating with people who have a diverse range of skills, styles and approaches.
