Job Specifiations

Qualifications

-          Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related fields

-          At least 4 years proven work experience in reporting and accounting in an international company

-          Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (at least C1 level)

-          Professional knowledge of MS Office Programs, specifically Excel

-          Preferably residency in Anatolian Side of Istanbul

-          No restriction on domestic and international travel

-          Strong work discipline, initiative to take responsibility and solution-oriented

Responsibilities

-          Preparing trial balance, balance sheet and financial statement in English

-          Following up customer and supplier payment collections

-          Comparing, registering and tracking the received invoices and waybills

-          Stock and store follow-up

-          Following up employee’s salaries

-          Income and expense tracking

-          Cheque account tracking

-          Regular follow-up the relations with banks and responsibility of timely debt payments

-          Checking and organizing the fiscal and financial documents of the company

-          Planning budget, checking and tracking the cheques and bills; preparing and tracking the payment lists

-          Billing, budgeting and reporting; preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly reports

-          Holding account statements
