QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
University degree
Minimum 7 years experience in Real Estate and Business Development
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and mastery of end user applications such as Microsoft Powerpoint
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (Korean will be an asset)
Process and result oriented
Strong negotioation and relation management skills
No restriction to travel
Active Driving License
JOB DESCRIPTION
MARS CINEMA GROUP is Turkey’s largest cinema exhibitor of Cinemaximum. The organization aims to establish and operate the most diverse and innovative enterprises in the entertainment industry.
We are looking for "Real Estate Assistant Manager" who is able to conduct the following processes;
* Finding new Sublease Tenants & Partnerships forCinema Locations
* Finding new potential sites, projects and malls according to company growth plans
* Managing the process of new sublease & branch opening processes, leading negotiations to agree the terms and conditions for real estate contracts, resolving any landlord & tenant related issues
* Preparation of all rental process and agreeements by contacting legal affairs department
* Developing shopping mall portfolio by following new trends and sector bases
Preferred Candidate
More than 7 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
