Who We Are?

Marm Assistance was founded in 1986 to provide medical, technical, travel and legal assistance services for foreign tourists travelling in and to Turkey.
In a short time, we expanded the reach of our operations in light of the needs and wants of our clients. Today we operate in a huge geography including Turkey, European,  Balcans, the Middle East and North Africa.

While we offer our solutions to a clientele from various industries, the majority of our partners are comprised of the world’s leading travel insurance and assistance companies from all over the world next to the major car manufacturers/importers operating in Turkey.
 

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

 

·         University degree from relevant fields (diploma equivalency for foreign candidates must reside in Turkey)

·         Speaking English and Turkish at an advanced level

·         German language is preferred

·         Able to work parttime/fulltime

·         Aware of applications and current legislation related to the field

·         Responsible person, able to work at an intensive business pace,

·         Can work in shifts when necessary

·         Written and verbal communication skills are high,

·         Prone to team work,

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         To follow up medical files, to evaluate and manage according to the policy conditions.

·         Controlling medical documents

·         To translate medical reports

·         Answer and manage medical calls

·         Paying attention to communication and customer service, solving problems quickly,

·         To have enough knowledge about the organizations in the office by working in cooperation with dispatchers,

·         To prepare reporting on time within the scope of the task
