Medical Sales Manager

Market leading company

We're looking for a Medical Sales Manager, directly reporting to General Manager and Executing Territory Managers at Medical Division.

• University Degree,
• Minimum 10 years sales experience in pharmaceutical,
• Good communication, follow-up and sales skills,
• Ability to connect and effectively collaborate across a diverse group of business partners in a highly matrixed organization,

• Develop and implement strategies and plans that will drive sales and increase the market share of our product range,
• Determine key strategic areas for the business from the overall Medical Divison strategy,
• Establish short and long term targets for the sales teams,
• Assess sales pipeline and create territory forecasts,
• Develop actions plans that support the needs of territory and regions,
• Provide regular performance reviews and reports, detailing progress against objectives / targets, as well as any other management information required by the organisation,
• Analyze sales data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated,
• Monitor competition by gathering current Marketplace information on pricing, products, new products etc.
• Work cross functionally with Marketing and Medical Communication teams to integrate brand and medical marketing stratehy to drive channel strategy,
