QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • 8-10 years of direct sales and people management experience in B2B,
  • Leadership skills in capacity to manage, motivate and coach his/her team,
  • Experience in recruitment and/or other HR functions will be a definite asset,
  • Advanced managerial and communication skills,
  • Fluency both in oral and written English,
  • Flexible, co-operative, team worker and self-motivated,
  • Willingness to work with targets and KPIs,

  • Being responsible for financial and performance targets expected, by both individuals and team,
  • Supporting the team of PERM Recruitment Consultants at service delivery and operational processes,
  • Demonstrating a ‘’Role Model’’ to the team of PERM Recruitment Consultants on commitment to sales and client satisfaction, promoting a culture of success, team-work and self improvement,
  • Coaching the team of PERM Recruitment Consultants on a daily basis, realize the set targets for all team members on all aspects of their work,
  • Ensuring to deliver a quality service to customers and Manpower Best Practice is adhered to at all times.
