QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities


 • To reporting to Director of Marketing & Communications.

• To develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our brand across various online channels.

• To lead with analytical thinking, ensuring accurate and effective data analysis.

• To manage the hotel's online presence and social media management, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice across all platforms.

• To monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize campaign performance.

• To responsible to safeguard the security of the company’s information and computing assets and complying with the implemented Information Security.

• To analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the luxury hospitality sector.

• To create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events, to promote the hotel's offerings and unique experiences.

• To collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling marketing collateral, including website content, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.

• To communicate and work with corporate office team to ensure all website contents and offers are current and updated in a timely manner.

• To manage digital advertising budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and achieve objectives.

• To manage and adapt all copy or image contents for hotel website and ensure all website and online contents are in line with brand guidelines.

• To manage the scheduling and preparation of marketing emails and the performance of marketing emails.


  Requirements


 • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of marketing management experience, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector, particularly in esteemed five-star hotels or resorts. Relevant background in digital marketing agencies with a keen understanding of luxury market dynamics is highly preferred.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize marketing performance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Fluency in English is a must.

• Creative thinking and a passion for innovation, with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and consumer preferences in the luxury travel market.
