We are looking for a "Sales Executive " to be assigned to Ramada Encore By Wyndham 4-star hotel in Arnavutköy Istanbul Airport.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Required Skills

  • University degree in Tourism and Hotel Management,Experience in 4 & 5 star hotels at least 1 years
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbally and in writing,Usage of Opera system and strong computer skills,
  • Able to develop and execute sales focused projects,
  • Strong organization, planning and communication skills, excellent pronunciation,Ability in following up daily and long term agendas,
  • Result oriented, strong persuasion skills,Creative and able to follow job literature, news and applications,
  • Building successful relationships,Ability to focus attention on details and to handle multiple tasks,
  • Ability in adapting brand standard perspectives to work rapidly,
  • Ability to close deals according department sales targets,
  • B type active driving license,No military obligation for male candidates or at least 2 years postponement.

Job Description

  • To be able to set sales targets for Sales team and follow up,
  • Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests and meeting planner satisfaction,
  • Assists with the development and implementation of promotions, both internal and external,
  • Ability to close deals according department sales targets,
  • Answer guest queries in a prompt and professional manner,Analysis local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads,
  • Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions,
  • Work within current business strategies and recognising potential opportunities,
  • Attend Sales events, as required,
  • Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads.

Preferred Candidate

1 - 5 years of experience
Associate Degree(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt, Incomplete
English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
