If you have a passion for building communities and getting people excited about cool new roleplaying games, join our Turkey studio as our new Social Media Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating our communication strategy and engaging with our fans on social media networks like Twitter or Facebook, as well as community forums like Reddit or Steam. Your mission will be to produce shareable content to generate excitement for our games, as well as to address questions and concerns from the community, and to filter their feedback to the development team in a constructive way that can be put towards improving our products.

Responsibilities:

• Creating shareable content to highlight certain features, assets, or scenes.
• Capturing footage and promotional materials from inside our games and their editors.
• Working closely with brand owners to ensure integrated communication.
• Planning, creating, and executing the release of external and internal messaging.
• Tracking and measure social engagement data to continuously optimize the overall social media strategy and gauge the health of social programs
• Communicating directly with fans to build strong relationships and maintain a visible external presence on social media sites and forums.
• Monitoring discussion forums and other communication media to identify common player issues and discussion patterns, and advocating internally on behalf of the player needs.
• Identifying needs that aren’t being met from the customer’s perspective, and offering solutions for breaking down barriers between customers and our studio.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a similar role.
• A thorough appreciation and understanding of American/European-style PC and console roleplaying games.
• A strong visual eye and understanding of creating photo and video assets.
• Good knowledge of Photoshop or similar image editing software.
• Extensive knowledge of OBS and Premiere Pro or similar video capture and editing software.
• Experience posting on all sorts of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, and forums.
• Experience in creating, executing, and reporting on global marketing campaigns.
• Motivated self-starter with excellent project management and planning skills.
• Current and on-going knowledge of gaming and entertainment industry trends, competitors, platforms, and campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills and native-level or fluent English - written and spoken.
