Export Sales Support Specialist

We are looking for a "Export Sales Support Specialist" with the following qualifications at Limkon, which operates with two factories in Adana.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical, Industrial, Food Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and sales
• operations, preferably in Food & Beverage market
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Strong communication skills internally and externally with a
• customer-oriented approach
• Good team player, excellent problem-solving skills, analytical
• Thinking with an innovative point of view
• The ability to work under pressure
• Living in Adana

Job Responsibilities:

• Following up orders thoroughly, monitoring shipment progress and deliveries, payment transactions, and addressing inquiries in a proactive manner.
• Liaise between customers and internal teams to facilitate efficient order processing.
• Collaborating with shipping and logistics partners to optimize delivery schedules.
• Coordinate export logistics, ensuring accurate and timely shipment to various international destinations.
• Managing the sample shipment process; tracking the samples from dispatch to delivery, ensuring the samples reach customers promptly and collecting customer's feedback. 
• Contribute to managing customer relationships and ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
