Lenusmed Health Tourism is currently seeking a professional candidate to join our team at our office in Altunizade, Üsküdar. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Job Description:

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team lead and designer to strategize and implement a dynamic social media plan that resonates with our brand identity, target demographic, and business objectives.

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with key messaging themes, providing guidance on captions. Create diverse content types to attract new followers and enhance engagement with our current audience.
  • Developing creative social media ideas, implementing them, and managing the entire reporting process, create diverse content types to attract new followers and enhance engagement with our current audience.
  • Collaborating with Patient Relations, Sales, Brand, and internal teams to develop comprehensive creative communication campaigns,
  • Stay abreast of emerging social media trends, best practices, and technological advancements to ensure our social media efforts remain innovative and impactful.
  • Experience in content creation is highly desirable.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Communications, English, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or Design.
  • At least 2 years in social media management, either in-house or within an agency setting. Demonstrate creativity and originality in your approach.
  • Possess strong strategic and analytical skills, enabling you to optimize creative formats and plans for maximum scalability and engagement across platforms.
  • Thorough understanding of various social media platforms (such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and their user dynamics. Stay attuned to local social trends and integrate them seamlessly into our brand's social content.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new hardware and software tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential.
