Sales Expert

Leading company

One of our group companies that is in Health Tourism sector is looking for an experienced Sales Expert who will be a leader of Foreign Patient Follow-up team operating at the office or in the field for different regions. Advanced Arabic or Russian is a must.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduated from undergraduate programs at universities 

• At least 5 years experience on Sales

• A Proven track record of sales achievements

• Strong MS Office proficiency 

• Knowledge about social media marketing

• Superior and advanced foreign language skills: Arabic is must Advanced English and French will be a plus

• Marketing, Planning, Organization and coordination skills,

• Will be able to adapt to busy work schedule and flexible working hours if needed,

• Disciplined, energetic and highly persuasive,

• Team building, management and problem solving,

• Should be able to travel to other countries or within Turkey if needed

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To represent the Company in all online, social media, telephone and field sales and coordination processes, 

• Provide leadership, insights and strategies to increase revenue.

• To follow-up relations of partner organizations periodically,

• Follow the coordination processes clients from abroad.

• Providing activities to enhance customer satisfaction within the framework of procedures determined by the   Company, to conduct the necessary guidance for the solution of the problems of partners,

• Identify potential new customers and carry out all related activities,

• To share all relevant activities regularly with the related manager, 

• Provide weekly and monthly reports of sales calls and marketing actions.

• To create a work plan in line with company strategies and targets
