We are looking "Warehouse Sap Key User" for our dynamic team at our Plant in Manisa.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact in case of problem solving related to warehouse inbound and outbound operations including SAP MM, EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and IT hardware being used for transportation and warehousing.
• Preparation and maintenance of work instructions and manuals
• Follow-up on local issues including the raising of change requests
• As a member of Global Key User team, participation in , User Acceptance Test, and key user trainings.
• Integration into the Key User community in terms of continuous system improvement and knowledge/experience transfer.
• Participating projects, meetings and workshops with plant’s relevant departments i.e. production, quality
• Ensure properly working SAP environment, step in when needed. Analyzing the errors and reporting them to the line manager and central team.
• Planning and conducting necessary end user trainings within WH Department
• Working in close collaboration together with related S4H project teams
• Coaching shift teams and support resources to comply with established standards.
• Analyze stock differences, find root causes and take necessary actions
• Identify opportunites that will help to improve Warehouse process

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, business administration, logistics
• More than 2 years work experience in a manufacturing environment
• Very good command on SAP WM, Key User and S4/H experience will be an asset
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Very good communication and coordination skills, result-oriented person, interdisciplinary thinking
• Distinct analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude
• Experience in international teamwork will be a plus
