In line with this understanding, we are seeking a "Marketing Manager" who fits our organizational culture.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for creating the company's marketing strategies and plans,

Manage relationships with agencies in line with marketing strategies,

Follow industry trends and conduct regular sales and profitability analysis to develop marketing strategies accordingly and direct the company's market research,

Coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing activities,

Monitor industrial and technological changes affecting the company and develop marketing arguments accordingly,

Regularly report to the management board on current activities.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduated from relevant departments of universities; preferably holds a master's/doctoral degree,

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position,

Advanced level of English proficiency,

No domestic or international travel restrictions,

Experienced in determining marketing strategy, content creation, brand positioning, and value management,

Knowledgeable about SAP ERP and CRM programs,

Proficient in MS Office applications,

Possesses effective communication skills and customer-oriented thinking,

Strong planning and organizational skills,

Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability,

Residing in or able to relocate to Izmir.
