QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Relations, Management Engineering or Industrial Engineering departments. Master degree abroad is a plus
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in business development area, i.e. business planning, market intelligence, business operations and CRM
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of business analytics, statistics, project management, monitoring and reporting
  • Preferably have finance knowledge and analytical thinking - Job requires analyzing information and using logic to address work-related issues and problems
  • Strong ability to work with senior management and collaborating with multiple departments
  • Manages challenges in deadlines
  • Knowledge on Change Management and business strategy, planning and business performance
  • Providing business with consultancy support for achieving strategy and project management
  • Excellent use of MS Office applications and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • No military obligation (for male candidates) or postponed for at least two years
  • Long-term target of future career opportunities in business development department

 Job Description:

  • Provide active support to implementation of functions' business development plans and other specific business development projects of business units
  • Provide support to business planning processes analyzing strategic priorities for the year through working closely with the departments
  • Establish and develop new internal change projects which are aligned with the business strategy
  • Provide support to project planning and status follow up with partners for new services
  • Support for creation and execution of the yearly governance calendar including organizing strategic workshops, meetings and preparing content
  • Support senior management meetings as monthly, quarterly; support to prepare required presentation materials; track meeting actions and notes
  • Take ownership of data, analyze & share with relevant stakeholders
  • Answer the ad-hoc requests from business units
  • Follow up of action plans and to take active role in reporting of the above mentioned business processes
