Market Development Specialist

• B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Engineering, MBA degree is a plus,
• Min. 3 years of experience in B2B technical sales and marketing with demonstrated product/value management experience,
• Experience in automotive sector or it's Tear 1 suppliers is preferred,
• Project management experience is an asset,
• Good level of Project management skills,
• Knowledge of marketing and sales along with understanding of finance and/or cost accounting,
• Fluency in both written and spoken English,
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and other MS Office pograms,
• Well-organized and detail oriented,
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated,
• Energetic and creative, eager to learn continuously,
• Strong communication and writing skills, cross functional team worker,
• No restriction to travel.

İŞ TANIMI

• Coordinating the communication and resource allocation across project team for value-up projects to ensure each activity is on track and completed in defined time and budget,
• Realization of customer visits to understand the customer needs, to communicate the project details and to quantify the customer value,
• By alignment with customer on innovation projects and checking the Project status regularly to ensure the realization of target revenus,
• Perform market size and demand analysis to quantify the potential of the Project,
• Perform business case analysis and reports for the defined Project,
• Development of pricing strategy for the new products
