Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in business administration, economics, finance or other related fields,

Advanced skills in MS Office required. BPC and/or SAP experience is preferable,

Min. 3 years of experience in accounting & finance, audit or controlling. Audit / Advisory background is preferable,

Advance knowledge and experience in Turkish GAAP, Capital Markets Board regulations and IFRS reporting,

Having professional certificates with regard to financial reporting, analysis, audit or internal control (such as CPA, SPL License, etc.) is a plus,

Good time management and multitasking skills and ability work with deadlines

Advanced oral and written communication/presentation skills in Turkish and English

Ability to work effectively cross functionally, communicate with management, and with 3^rd parties as a business partner and problem solver,

Strong analytical skills, result oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, energetic, with high sense of responsibility,

Enjoys learning & personal development,

Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask,

No restrictions to travel in Turkey and abroad,

Completed or exempt from military service, for male candidates.

Job Description

Performing financial analysis, financial modelling and valuation,

Running sensitivity and scenario analysis to better understand risks associated with the projections,

Participate in some reporting activities such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, (X+3 or X+5), statistical reports and business forecasts for multiple projects or large programs,

Preparing and reporting ad-hoc and periodic management reports, regional and site KPI reports, monthly reporting packs and presentation to BoD and other senior management,

Supporting finance team in delivering on ad-hoc requests,

Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews,

Identification and implementing improvements on the IT systems (SAP, BPC, etc.) to align with IFRSs and Turkish Commercial Code revisions,

Maintaining data quality by challenging accuracy and the completeness of the data gathered.
