''WE are seeking a Business Development Specialist to reinforce our Business Development Team.''

 Qualifications

• University degree in related fields( ie. Business Administration, Economics or Engineering from a reputable university),
• MBA degree from a reputable business school is an asset,
• Min 5 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate business development department of reputable companies,
• Solid experience in financial analysis, M&A projects, new business development and strategy projects (knowledge of business modeling and valuation) and Project Management,
• Business development orientation and strategic commercial approach,
• Team cohesion, excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills,
• Proactive and results oriented approach,
• Strong reporting and presentation skills to assist and advise management teams,
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills, including the ability to resolve competing priorities,
• Outstanding command of written and verbal communications in English,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description

• Identify existing new business opportunities, investment prioritization, Mergers & Acquisitions and other growth strategies.
• Inorganic Growth Pipeline Build-up:

• Regarding growth strategies manage and make grow a network of intelligence across the related industries.
• Support the ongoing screening of industries/ markets and target companies for potential inorganic growth options across global geographies.

• Target Selection:

• Present recommendations to management on investment targets, identify new growth opportunities in alignment with company’s strategic priorities
• Perform analyses and prepare documents to support internal decision-making process across the M&A phases.
• Coordinate communication with external consultant teams, investment banks and target companies’ management team.

• Due Diligence:

• Manage due diligence activities and negotiations with all stakeholders either within the company or external consultants.

• Reporting:

• Perform ad hoc analyses to support management reporting activities

• Post-Merger Integration:

• Lead business integration activities after closing the deal with target companies.

• Strategic Planning:

• Support strategic planning processes and defining long-term business strategies at corporate, business, and/or regional level,
• Monitor the business environment to identify new business development opportunities - both through organic and inorganic means.
• Prepare detailed business plans and feasibility studies for new growth initiatives
