''WE are seeking a Account Manager, Mining to reinforce our Sales & Marketing, Construction Reinforcement Team.''

Qualifications

• Conducts internal and external analysis and assessment of industry, customers, competitors etc. and formulates strategies consistent with corporate goals & direction,
• Bachelor’s Degree, Mining Engineering,
•  Fluent English language skills, professional level-oral and written,
•  Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the fiber industries / chemical admixtures,
• General understanding of cement & chemical grouts, injections and shotcrete applications. Proven record in sales,
• Experience with Tunnel Boring Machine or Soil Injections will be an advantage.
•  Basic understanding of construction and chemicals safety,
• Ability to conduct communication, presentations and demonstrations to project stakeholders,
• Strong analytical thinking, time management and negotiation skills,
• Willing to travel 70%,
• Has a valid driving license,
• Military service completion for male candidates.

Job Description

Accelerate revenue growth of the KraTos Synthetic Fibers portfolio, by increasing share in the Mining and Infrastructure & Tunneling markets. Find new customers and projects, manage channel partners and applicator activities.

Responsibilities:

Oversight of the Synthetic Fiber market – Turkey and Global.

Provide product recommendations in driving business development opportunities to ensure maximum sales.

Provide technical support for Mining/Infrastructure & Tunneling applications.

Evaluate plans and specifications.

Analyze field conditions and provide engineering recommendations and solutions.

Represent and specify KraTos Fibers to the Professional Community: present at seminars, local and international trade shows, meetings with contractors-consultants.

• Solicit sales and track projects to meet quarterly business objectives,
• To provide pipeline of projects that is align with the annual sales expectations,
• To work closely with R&D and technical team for site trials and demonstration,
• To identify and have full visibility on synthetic fiber opportunities within tunneling, mining, and new underground structures,
• Communicate and implement sales strategies with internal and external parties,
• Work closely with the Sales Team on any sales opportunities / risk / any other relevant issues.
