GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

We're looking for ABMs / Senior ABMs for our International Markets.

  • Bachelor degree or higher in related majors,
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in FMCG marketing, preferably in cosmetics or personal care, 
  • Free to travel in the geographical scope markets on a regular basis, as well as whenever requested.
  • Ability to work in a team, strong leadership and motivation, 
  • Experience in working with a multi-cultural team and matrix reporting line.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, detail-oriented and time management skills,
  • Managing multiple priorities and strong project management skills,
  • Champion in digital marketing, with proven success track projects,
  • Good understanding of marketing and business functions with a strong focus on strategic thinking and business,
  • Experience in Malaysia, Singapore and Philllipines markets and baby care category is a plus,

 

  • Work with the Business Development Manager to conduct Joint Business Plan- Annual Business Plan and Quarterly Business Review with the Distributor,
  • Responsible for marketing mix for assigned brands, 
  • Selection of the right agencies to implement projects in the respective markets, monitoring their projects, presenting overall marketing activities quarterly to the head Office.
  • Plan and execute the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns within assigned budget and timeline, including adv., media, digital, PR and consumer campaign,
  • Develop and execute an operational brand plan to meet brand objectives and customer requirements,
  • Provide help and coaching to the sales team about promotion materials/presentations to the highest professional standards and for achieve sales targets,
  • For each campaign, identificate of KPIs and performance against those specific KPIs/benchmarks,
  • Responsible for all innovations process, close coordination of product innovation and launch activities with internal departments and external parties,
  • Control and manage brand budgets to ensure compliance to company objectives and optimize spends for effective utilization of the investments.
