QUALIFICATIONS 

• BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or related fields
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Eagerness for research and improvement
• Advanced problem solving skills

• Ability to work and thrive in a team environment
• Ability to work within timescales and budgets, and to meet tight deadlines

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Typically provide full time support throughout the implementation lifecycle as a key member of the implementation team
• Significant involvement in the Analysis phases of the implementation, collecting and documenting functional requirements, and understanding and possibly re-defining business process based on the capabilities of the platform
• While the Solution Architect maintains primary responsibility for the system architecture and design, the Configuration Analyst will support the design efforts by documenting suggested data models, technical process flows, integration, and migration specifications
• Primary resource responsible for all declarative configuration within Salesforce.com including security and sharing, object creation and definition, workflow and validation, approval processes, etc.
• Responsible for the creation of all requirements and process documentation including functional requirements, business process requirements, technical design document, integration specifications and data migration specifications
• Responsible for successful completion of unit and function testing as well as all supporting documentation required for the Validation phase (i.e. test plans, test scripts)
• Responsible for supporting the client through User Acceptance Testing and any support for defect management during UAT process
• Involved in all aspects of Deployment phase including migration of configuration/code, production data migration, and interface go-live
• Typically responsible or heavily Involved in the creation of end user and administrator training material, as well as potentially delivering end user training
