International Programs & Projects Specialist

Koç University will be hiring an International Programs & Projects Specialist / Assistant Specialist (Fixed Term / 6 Months) for the Office of International Programs with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university  and a master’s degree is a plus
• Minimum 3-4 years of previous work experience
• Having previous experience in Erasmus+ KA2 & KA3 projects is preferred
• Previous experience in budget management is a preferred
• Having previous work experience in an international environment is a plus
• Previous experience with project management and event planning is necessary
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment, handle a large workload, and multiple priorities
• Ability in multitasking, prioritizing and organization
• Interpersonal skills, punctuality, strong work ethics and excellent time management skills, adherence to deadlines
• Multicultural competencies; ability to work with diverse populations
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• International project development and seeking project grants
• Assisting Koç University’s various departments on Eramus+ KA2 & KA3 projects
• Managing the administrative parts of granted Erasmus+ projects (i.e. logistical arrangements, budget management, reporting etc.)
• Taking part in the organization of the various types of programs such as custom-made programs, short-term international programs and joint short-term programs with partner institutions.
