 WE ARE LOOKING FOR QUALITY ENGINEER

KMR Automotive is producing mainly hydraulic hoses and pipes for automotive aftermarket by tube bending and hose crimping in Ümraniye/Istanbul. We are looking for candidate to our quality department who will perform standards and production processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

·         3-5 years of experiences on Project & Process quality validation studies of the automotive or automotive supplier industry

·         University degree in related programs (preferably Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering)

·         Knowledge of PPAP-FMEA etc.

·         Acceptable level of MS Office skills (Visio, Word, Excel)

·         At least Intermediate level of English

·         Sufficient knowledge about measuring devices and manufacturing procedures

·         Preferably with CAD and CAM knowledge

·         Analytical thinking and problem solving

·         Excellent communication & presentation skills

·         Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

·         Result oriented

·         Preferably residing in the Anatolian Side

·         No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

 ·        Responsible for production line operator training (quality, standards, process etc)

·         Responsible for the optimization of the sampling inspection plan and standards 

·         Ensure that the products meet quality requirements

·         Responsible for the quality during project and serial phase; validation of new products

·         Taking actions to manage newly commissioned products and eliminate errors

·         Realizing and reporting production data entries

·         Providing instant information about problems in production

·         Working in coordination with the relevant departments

·         Analysing the customer complaints using relevant solving techniques and taking actions

·         8D report presentation to the customer

·         Reporting productions processes and complaint reports on weekly and monthly basis
