Customer Service Representative

Qualifications;

• Solid knowhow in SAP SD, BW, Salesforce
  
• Solid product knowhow in Pharmaceutical&Medical Film portfolio
  
• Solid knowhow in MS-Office, especially in Excel
  
• University degree in Commercial, Engineering or any related field or similar education plus 
• 1-3 years experience in Customer Service, Logistics or similar Commercial roles
  
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Very good English (oral and written), prefered Germany
  
• Good communication skills and excellent team player
  
• Intercultural awareness
  
• Excellent ability to judge and strong assertiveness
  
• Target-oriented working style

Job Descriptions;

• Extensive interface with other functions, sales, manufacturing&supply chain (TR and Germany)
• Ensure monthly reporting, monitor and report KPI s for Customer Service
  
• Ensure professional handling of customer complaints
  
• Point of contact for customers and external sales teams
  
• Support sales trend through selective measures with sales
