Qualifications & Competencies 

• Agronomy gradute preferred, but also any other business/marketing&communication related graduates (like business administration or industrial engineering) from a reputable university 

• MBA, marketing or any communication master degree is a plus 

• English and Arabic (excellent written/verbal) required 

• Individual executioner, ability to develop and implement strategic business plans 

• Excellent communication skills with different audiences: internal, external, officials

• Strategic thinking and creative problem solving

• Excellent organizational skills and flexibility under a highly complex and unpredictable environment

• Leadership and negotiation skills (leading agencies of production, printing houses, organization support agencies)

Main Purpose

• Accountable for label management for the import of the products 

• Insuring effective communication with relevant stakeholders on label

• Be a part of campaign management across Middle East

Key Tasks & Responsibilities 

•Label Management

• Manage the labels preparation for Middle East Countries in due time with strong collaboration with Supply chain, Regulatory and G&C Marketing Managers in order that packing/dispatch of orders from the factories will be handled in the best conditions (including tender businesses). Coordinate the trademark registration activities with global team in countries (Middle East the local coordinator)

• Organize in that respect effective follow up of key tasks related to label management. 

• Participate to regional S&OP providing relevant and up to date information on labels preparation and collecting information from the sales on new needed ones.

•Campaign Management

• Support the marketing services manager on campaigns planning process, incorporating feedback from cross functional stakeholders e.g., Sales, G&C Marketing and ground information from Customer Advisory Managers.
