We are looking for an IT Technician with a service mind that will carry out global and local projects in accordance with the policies and procedures of our company, meet the demands of the end users in our head office in Beyoğlu,

Job Description

To support Servers, Storage (Virtual Environment) Backup and Recovery Systems

To carry out the operation of the pos application used by the stores smoothly and to ensure the correct operation of the programs used in the company.

To keep track of the continuous operation of internet lines in the store, trouble shooting and to establish contact with the related people for solution

To provide control of all devices in the network

To provide support for the sales process of the store staff

To monitor camera operation

To ensure continuous operation and updating of music and video systems in the stores

Be a part of inventory operation and after inventory counting reporting of count results to top management

For new openings,establishment of telephone line applications, data applications, store financial printer applications, store traffic meter

Configuring all devices

Managing financial development projects, analyzing the situation and sharing the software development objects with Italy

Designing virtual store definitions for e-com projects and configuration of the cash points with it

Periodic checks of traffic meters in the stores

To manage SQL maintenance process

Qualifications

University degree in Information Technology or related fields

At least 4 years of experience in the related field

Fluent in English, both written & spoken

Experience or ability to understand networking infrastructure, operating systems, end user devices

Effective verbal and written communication skills for both technical and reporting capabilities

Good knowledge of IT Operations and Business Processes, SQL and SAP (Preferably Retail Sector)

Strong analytical skills,problem solving ability and proactive
