JOB DESCRIPTION : Khueell Petrokimya, a leading company in the field, is seeking a dedicate export assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating export operations, including communication with international clients, preparing export documentation, and coordinating shipments.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

-Communicate with international clients in English, SPANISH, Arabic, French, German or other relevant languages.

-Prepare and process export documentation accurately and efficiently.

-Coordinate logistics and shipments to ensure timely delivery.

-Assist in resolving any issues related to export operations.

-Maintain records and documentation in compliance with regulations.

REQUIREMENTS :

-Proficiency in English is required; additional fluency in SPANISH, Arabic, French, or German is advantageous.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Prior experience in export operations or related field is preferred.

-Knowledge of export regulations and procedures is a plus.

-Must be willing to work full-time in Tuzla, Istanbul, with transportation provided to Ümraniye side.
