Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

We are looking for a SEO specialist who will work in our high growing digital marketing team.

You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks for the aim of lead generation.

Responsibilities:

•    Track, report and analyze our company websites

•    Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization

•    Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations to increase organic traffic

•    Develop and implement link building strategy

•    Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords

•    Compiling and presenting SEO guideline

•    Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code

•    Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming

•    Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success

•    Weekly site audits and reporting, with recommendations and roadmap scheduling

Requirements:

•    2-3 years experience in a SEO role

•    Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

•    Familiar with most common SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, Yandex Metrica, Ahrefs, DeepCrawl, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Search Metrics

•    Enthusiastic team player and self-starter commitment to excellence

•    Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

•    Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

•    Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms

•    Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO

•    Having a SEO experience in foreign markets is an asset

•    SEM and content management background is highly desirable
