Qualifications

• A technical degree in mechanical / manufacturing / Industrial engineering is preferred or equivalent education.
• At least two years of quality engineering experience in production field.
• Excellent communication skills both in Turkish and English.
• Strong problem-solving attitude. 
• Having knowledge about after sales & quality operations
• Having experience about customer claims & warranty managements
• Experienced at Quality Management Systems and core tools
• Autonomy, organizational abilities, and interpersonal skill
• Having good communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize and facilitate cross-functional and intra-team meetings.
• SAP usage ability is an asset

 Responsibilities

• Manages and monitors customer complaint management process,
• Verify the implementation of immediate corrective actions,
• Quality reports preparation,
• Building close communication with customers,
• Organizes and participates periodical meetings,
• Determines problems in all processes, makes on-place analyses, and takes preventive actions
