QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As being fully private capitalized aerospace company in Turkey, we are proud to serve international aerospace industry.
We are looking for “Structural Design Engineer” who will be assigned to the team that performs the Composite Product
Development & Optimization projects for the aerospace industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering (Msc. Degree will be preferable)
- To have minimum 3 years professional experience in aerospace programs
- Having knowledge and experience in strength (static, dynamic, thermal) andstructural optimization
- Having knowledge of composite materials and composite manufacturing technologies
- Having utilization knowledge of design software programs (Catia, Solidworks, etc.)
- Having utilization knowledge of product life cycle management (PLM) software programs (Teamcenter etc.)
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English
- Excellent command of using MS Office
- Having responsibility, being able to take responsibility for the work done within the team
- To be highly motivated and openness to continuous improvement
- To be willingness to learn advanced technologies and to do comprehensive research
- Flexibility to travel and work abroad as circumstances require
- Military obligation must be completed for the male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
- Determination of the estimated material and material size for the composite products until the Engineering Product Tree is created
- Preparation of the solid models of composite products in 3D software with geometric measurement and tolerance information and to specify parts lists
- To take the cross-sectional and detail views of the designed products, measure them easily during the manufacturing process, create technical drawings
- To prepare related technical drawings (if available, montage drawings) and parts lists of 3D models
- To provide solutions for the problems that arise during the production and from the product design
- To analyze problems that occur during operation, performing repair and modification designs
