We are seeking a dynamic “Project Sales Representative” ready to elevate their career in the cutting-edge realm of warehouse racking systems, very narrow aisle trucks, mobile robots (AGV/AMR), automated warehouse storage systems and solutions. Your Qualifications:

  • A proud graduate with a 4-year university degree (bonus if it's in industrial, mechanical, civil engineering, or economics and administrative sciences)
  • Living in Istanbul Anatolian Side or Kocaeli
  • You will need very good command of English
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical/project sales
  • Eager to level up – always staying in the know about our cutting-edge intralogistics systems
  • Problem-solver? Absolutely! Customer-centric? Without a doubt!
  • Tech-savvy with sales & reporting tools (CRM/C4C) and MS Office – you navigate the digital world effortlessly
  • AutoCAD skills? Consider us impressed! (if no, we can provide training)
  • You will navigate the project sales journey from start to finish (6-12 months on average).
  • Networking? It's part of your nature and we are sure your charisma will help you with this :)
  • Responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail – part of your DNA
  • Time management is your strong suit, and deadlines? Piece of cake
  • Jet-setting ready! You're up for regular trips around Turkey
  • A Class B license holder with the driving skills to match
  • For the male candidates: military service – check!

POSITION TITLE: LOGISTICS SYSTEMS SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Needs Assessment: Conduct field visits, take precise measurements and provide expert consultancy to determine customer requirements for our tailor-made solutions.
  • Field Expertise: Spend 3 days per week on scheduled customer visits, delivering technical insights and proposing solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Sales region: Will mainly be the Bursa, İzmir, Manisa, Antalya and Adana.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong customer relations to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on sectoral developments and competitor products through thorough research.
  • Product Knowledge Authority: Possess comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, supporting project development through technical expertise.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Identify and pursue new sales channels, acquiring new customers in accordance with established targets and strategies.
  • Detailed Reporting: Ensure timely and thorough reporting of customer visits and meeting details through the use of C4C.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee processes from the initial customer meeting to project delivery and collection, working in tandem with all internal units within the company.
