QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- At least five years of design, site works, facility management experience
- Good knowledge about Health and Safety
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to be placed in one of our shopping mall projects based in Istanbul.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Reporting to the Business Development Manager, will be in charge of all electrical, mechanical, cooling systems' periodical maintenance and daily operations within the mall.
- Will be managing a team of three Deputy Project Managers, four supervisors and technicians
- Will exceed our customer' s increasing expectations by improving the existing / new applications in accordance with the policies and procedures of Johnson Controls
- Will be responsible for improving the safe working standarts for his team and all Johnson Controls employees within the facility
Preferred Candidate
More than 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
Class B
