What you will do

The Senior Sales Engineer will be reporting to Branch Manager. You will be a part of growing team and be responsible for driving the growth of business for Building Technology and Solutions with particular focus on serving manpower services to facilities.

You will be concentrating on converting our current manpower and service sales in energy efficiency solutions, increasing our market share with new business customers within Istanbul Region and the vicinity.

As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate business from opportunities.

How you will do it

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will support sales operational objectives by contributing to regional sales know-how and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and actualize action plans, resolve problems, identify trends, determine regional sales system improvements, deliver regional sales targets determined by management.

You will bring new projects and opportunities to the company in your region and reach out to new customers, conduct technical meetings with customers in order to find the best solution for the customer and make introductory presentations for company activities and current technologies. You will also negotiate and prepare sales contracts sign the best contract for the company, track the processes following sales. You will follow up payments in coordination with the finance department of the company and get in touch with the customer in case the payment is not complete.
