ABOUT THE POSITION

AKSA Power Generation is looking for a BESS Research and Development Manager who has strong experience in that process.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• With no obstacle to work at the location of Aksa Power Generation Kavacık Office/Istanbul.
• Having a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electrical - Electronic Engineering and Computer Engineering or a similar background from closely relevant department like automation, programming etc.
• Having minimum 7 years experiences in energy storage systems.
• Having solid knowledge of hardware engineering and software development in embedded systems.
• Experienced in WEB and loT based software development.
• Experienced in renewable energy technologies (PV, Wing,  Battery Storage)
• Having knowledge on battery storage systems, BMS and system subcomponents on BESS applications.
• Experience in EMS (Energy Management Systems) especially in modular software development.
• Knowledge on synchronous energy management and transfer applications.
• Knowledge of energy production is a plus.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (Chines is plus)
  
• Strong analytical approach and team player,
• Experienced in project management (Agile project management experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills.
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The key duties of the successful candidate are;

• To carry out qualified design studies for the product on energy storage technologies.
• To achieve the projects are successfull that creating and executing the technical architectural infrastructure of the project.
  
• To lead of set up R&D team.
• To know the hardware and software groups that have critical importance in energy storage systems and to be able to intervene in the systems when necessary.
  
• To be responsible for the installation and development of the EMS (Energy Management System), which is called the hardware software that monitors and controls the entire energy storage system.
  
• Building the hardware architecture for the electrical power generating system and managing the system components interfaces.
  
• To install and develop electronic design, embedded software and algorithms.
  
• Making electrical schematic designs of the electronic cards to be found in the hardware, shaping the test and verification processes.
  
• To perform end-to-end management of prototype production and verification processes, to ensure its infrastructure and functionality.
  
• To provide the success parameters specified in the business rationale of all design projects.
  
• To support the creation of decision matrices in case of cost, time and content comparison.
  
• Performing technology / system level and analysis of market and competitor products and creating a roadmap.
