With more than 95 years of experience, Jaeger located in Germany manufactures components for a wide range of waterproof industrial applications. These products perform key functions within entire systems such wetrooms, pools, buildings waterproofing. Some of the products are sealing membranes, sealing tapes, expansion joint tapes. We develop tailor made solutions to customer requirements, market expectations and market future in the construction material for mostly construction chemicals manufacturer as a private label supplier. Jaeger is also continually tapping new potentials for applications in the area of technology and engineering. 

 

As we are Jaeger Turkey which is one of 12 subsidiary all over the world, founded with 100% Jaeger Family, in 2011. Jaeger Turkey is a sales and semi-production company to give the best service to the customers with a small team.

 

Sales Manager (Turkey and Middle East)

 

We are looking for a “Sales Manager” who is responsible for representing our products to existing and potential customers, strengthen the customer relationships, finding new markets and sales opportunities.

               

Qualifications

  • University degree in engineering or other technical departments (Civil engineering or architecture)
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in the relevant position and regions (Middle East and Turkey)
  • Fluent in English - comfortable in both written and oral communication
  • Good at reporting and presentation and sales and marketing skills,
  • Strategic minded, commercial awareness and result oriented, 
  • Can be fit to agile and multi-national company culture
  • Proactive and efficient in finding and implementing creative solutions to a variety of issues
  • Residence in Istanbul/Anatolian Side
  • No restriction for travelling within Turkey and relevant regions, including EU.
  • Not past 35 years old.

 

Job describtion

·       Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve and maximise sales targets and expand our customer base, as well as maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with clients, Maintaining current corporate business relations,

·       New product launches with clients and evaluating the potential in the market. 

·       Actively research and define innovations in the target markets with the objective to develop strategies, to discover and evaluate new business opportunities and create the overall sales and business development strategic plan,

·       Tracking and managing orders received from customers

·       Reporting to the manager who is located in Germany

·       Delivering fast and accurate technical responses and recommendations to queries received from customers

·       Offering technical solutions if/when customer has a problem

·       Coordination of any technical requests of customers and R&D department
